Apologies dear readers for the lack of updates on here, the last 24 hours has been a whirlwind of dinners, packing, slideshows, speeches and farewells and the incredible venturers of this expedition have all just boarded the buses to catch the flight home tomorrow morning or to continue exploring different parts of India.
I wanted to say a huge thank you to all of you that sent in messages last night for everyone, I printed them all out and laid them on the table before dinner and stuck them up this morning and everyone was so touched by your words so thank you, thank you, thank you - it meant a lot to everyone.
I'll be back very soon with an absolutely epic blog post covering the last few days so make sure you get comfy before starting to read it. But for now, we've got some serious cleaning to do. As much as I love those venturers they can't half make a mess between them all!
Right, where are those marigolds...

Dear Raleigh,
ReplyDelete"Thank you" doesn't seem a big enough expression to describe the enormity of what we feel. But it is a start!
Good luck with the clean up and sort out and all your onward plans.
We can't wait to see Georgia but will have to wait a few more weeks...
and will miss this blog for sure...
With all good wishes
The Zervudachi Family.
Thank you so much for all you have done in looking after everyone. I have appreciated the blog hugely so extra special thanks for that!

To Raleigh India 11A organisers, team leaders, project managers and especially blog writer(s) for keeping us all at home up to date.
ReplyDeleteIt has obviously been a tremendously rewarding experience for all the venturers and we relatives and friends at home can't thank you enough for the part you have played in developing their potential, expanding their life experiences and giving them the opportunity to develop their skills, contribute to the local Indian community and make friendships which I am sure will be for life.
Well done.

Stace - hi there.... not quite sure when you are back in the country but looking forward to seeing you. I've got lots to report on and I am sure you have too. Lots of love Sarah xx
ReplyDeleteTo Raleigh 11a and Stuart Scott (PM)
ReplyDeleteRaleigh staff, thanks for the blog, it has been great to have regular updates of what is happening and to appreciate what a fantastic experience Raleigh provides for both the 18-25 year olds and the project managers.
Stuart, it would be good to know what your plans are for after the end of the project considering you only bought a one way ticket and probably can't afffoed the return fare! Have you thought of contacting uncle Alan to join you for a week or two or is anyone else up for travelling with you? Your managing director of your business (mam) would also like to know how long her contract is for? Looking forward to hearing from you,
best wishes,
Jonny
