Unfortunately the loop didn't make it to Tango 6 this phase but we wanted to bring you some of their news and pics anyway so packing was put on hold as I pilfered some pictures from PM Katie and venturer Christina as soon as they came back to fieldbase!
They all had a great time trekking through Kerala, the weather held out for them and they only experienced one rainy day.

The trek is the most challenging of the phases, both mentally and physically, but all the group came back to fieldbase raving about their experience.
PMs Katie and double trekker Davina, along with project partner Kalypso Adventures, led the venturers up and down mountains, through Kerala's amazing tea plantations.

Mikey, I'm SO happy to see these pictures of you. you all look amazingly strong and open. such beautiful places you've been trekking through, and with the good luck of dry weather! so this is it ... off on your own now. i hope you are following tradition and remembering what the last year has brought you, being 21, just as you make the transition into being 22. if you possibly can try and make contact with me tomorrow. i will be thinking of you and sending blessings for your journey and your celebration. i have followed family tradition here and have NOT put up the Christmas decorations till after your birthday. darndy is coming home on 23rd for a few days, so we''l be here, and hopefully Dugald will come too. keep in touch darling, let me know where you are and most importantly, that you are safe. sending so much love to you darling and if i don't get to speak to you HAPPY BIRTHDAY for tomorrow. love as always, mum xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
